This three-credit course for Masters and JD students will give participants an opportunity to learn about the application of restorative justice theory and practice to environmental crimes, conflicts, and harms. The course will introduce students to a new and exciting area of application and expand their thinking and knowledge both at the theoretical and practical levels. Students will also be asked to apply the new knowledge to real cases.
