Return Policy

How do I return a clothing item?

If you need to return an item it must be eligible for return. Eligible items are:

Unworn merchandise with all tags attached in original condition

Within 14 days of purchase for either a merchandise EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. Please note, we do not offer refunds. The following conditions apply:

  • Please include a copy of the original receipt and packing slip.
  • Items must be packaged to protect their shape similar in the manner to which they were received.
  • We suggest insured mail to protect you since you are responsible for the item until it is received back.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and are the sender's responsibility.

What else do I need to know?

  • Please DO NOT REMOVE ANY TAGS OR PACKAGING until you are sure you want to keep your purchase and that it fits properly.
  • Any item that appears worn or washed will not be accepted.
  • To receive Store Credit we must receive the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Late returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • No returns on diploma frames.

Textbook Return Policy

If you need to return an item it must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment:

  • Unopened textbooks in plastic
  • Within 14 days of purchase for shipping orders and 7 days for in-store pickup orders
  • Accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
  • Items must be packaged to protect them.
  • We suggest insured mail to protect you since you are responsible for the item until it is received back.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the sender's responsibility.
  • Late returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Note: If free shipping was utilized, then $10 will be deducted from your amount to cover original shipping and handling costs.

What else do I need to know?

  • Receipts are required
  • New books must be in perfect condition
  • If bought in plastic wrap, wrap must be intact
  • Returns only accepted within 7 days of purchase for in-store or 14 days for shipping orders of purchase.
  • No returns on Course Packs
  • No returns on used books or used study aids
  • No returns on diploma frames
