Students are invited to bring their used books to Barrister's for resale. Students will receive 80% of the sale price after the book sells, while Barrister's retains 20%. Checks are written post sale; for books sold during spring book rush the checks are written early February, for books sold in fall book rush checks are written in late September/early October. They are placed in student mailboxes for campus students, or mailed to a home address for hybrids or after graduation.
Barrister's accepts books currently used at VLGS. Books must be current editions to be accepted. If you are mailing them to us, please put your name and address IN THE BOX LEGIBLY.

If, while your book(s) are on the used shelf, a newer edition is published, your old edition book(s) will be pulled without notice and donated. If you send or bring us an out of date edition, the same will happen. Barrister's intends no inconvenience, but volume of used books makes notice impossible.
